I would like to thank all involved for the great service and food delivered by Chestnut Event Services.  This party was very important to us as we were celebrating my mothers 90th birthday. You folks hit it out of the ball park!  From delivering the tables and chairs at one time and then returning four hours later to deliver the food was great.  Chestnut Event Services is a full service caterer.  Not only is the food homemade but delicious.  The BBQ ribs were falling off the bone with a fantastic BBQ sauce, the chicken was moist and cooked to perfection, the salad was crisp and flavorful, and the rolls couldn’t have been any fresher.  You have exceeded my expectations.  I really got my money’s worth from Chestnut Event Services.

2015 Make-A-Wish Foundation

On behalf of Make-A-Wish Central New York, our staff and volunteers, and the amazing children we serve, thank you for supporting our mission through the 2015 Thank-A-Thon Family Picnic. Having a Bounce House throughout the day brought so much joy to the event and enhanced the experience for Wish Kids and their families.

It was great to see children bouncing and laughing, truly enjoying every second of the slide. Even after spending five hours in the hot sun, the kids kept coming back to bounce and slide throughout the day. Having that bounce house created such a fun and joyful atmosphere of our Wish Kids.

It is our hope that you enjoy the enclosed certificate of appreciation and some pictures from the day. We hope that they bring a smile to your face and emphasizes the impact that you had on the attendees. Making the Picnic successful was a team effort and we could not have done it without you!

Good morning!

It was a pleasure to finally meet Ron Falise on Saturday at our 2013 Wish Walk/Fun Run and Family Picnic. I talked with him various times during the event to ensure that everything was going well for him and toward the end of the day he was kind enough to agree to participate in our 2014 event. This is absolutely the best news for us in an effort to develop a special working relationship with your organization. Are we lucky or what!???

So it is with pleasure that I ask you (per Ron), to place Make-A-Wish on your planning schedule for the coming year. We are scheduled to hold this event again on Saturday May 3rd, 2014.

We are truly honored that your company is willing to share its’ good fortune with Make-A-Wish and our effort to support our Wish Kids in this manner. We will absolutely include Chestnut Events when we begin the planning process and contact you at that time. We certainly look forward to working with you again.

We’ve been using Chestnut Security and Chestnut Event Services since 2007 for all of our security and event services needs. In our business we run events as small as 2,000 visitors, all the way up to Taste of Syracuse, which attracts 150,000 attendees over the course of two days. Patron safety and security is absolutely our number one priority.

We trust Ron and Lisa Falise and their staff to make sure everyone – employees, visitors and entertainment – is safe and secure throughout each event. No request is too large or too small, and their staff members are always extremely polite and respectful.

I have been approached over the years by other security companies who say they can do the job “cheaper.” And while I’m sure they can, I would not trust my security needs to anyone other than Chestnut Security. I give them my highest recommendation.

We hold Chestnut Event Services in the highest regard and would highly recommend their outstanding services for your next big event.

We used Chestnut Event Services for our Wedding Ceremony & Reception. From start to finish they displayed superb customer service & dedication in making our event more beautiful than we even imagined it to be. They planned, organized & executed the entire operation of our ceremony and reception from set-up to take down. We got together a few weeks before our event to go over our wedding plans & all we had to do was tell them what we wanted & they made it happen. We left our meeting feeling confident & our over whelming stress level was finally at ease.

They provided us with tents, lighting and seating for our outside evening ceremony, as well as all the table linens & chair covers with bows for our indoor reception. They even helped us to formulate a plan B in case the unpredictable CNY weather washed away our original vision with rain. They were even loaded up & prepared to execute our plan B the day of our event, if need be. Luckily the clouds cleared & the sun came out & our original vision worked out.

Their staff provided prompt & exceptional customer service from the beginning phases of planning, down to the execution of the setup & take down of our event. We ran into a few road blocks along the way with finding helium for our balloons & they once again came to our rescue with not only helium, but also by providing a staff member to inflate them for us, giving us one less thing to stress about on our special day.

Like most soon to be newlyweds, we were working within a very tight budget & Chestnut Events beat all other local competitors in pricing straight down the line. Their services, costs and options were unbeatable!! We received so many comments from our guests about how beautiful everything was & how wonderful their services were. We recommended them to several family members & friends who are in the planning phases of their own wedding.

We strongly recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding, small or big event. They hands down exceeded our expectations while meeting our every need. A big Thanks to Ron & Lisa from Chestnut Event Services & to their wonderful coordinators & staff, job well done!

Party Rentals

For the past couple of years my husband and I have rented from Chestnut Event services. The first year we had a summer family BBQ in our backyard and last year we hosted a 25th wedding anniversary party. We have no shade in our back yard and a tent is a must! We also rented a bounce house for the little ones! Chestnut Event services are the most reasonable around and Ron Falise and his staff are personable and efficient. As a customer you do not have to do anything! They set up and take down whichever products you have rented. I would highly recommend Chestnut Event services, no party is too big or too small – they have a variety of everything!

Graduation Party

Last summer for my son’s 2012 high school graduation, we rented our tents, tables, chairs and a stage for the band from Chestnut Event Services.

We were very satisfied with everything. The equipment was like brand new and Ron and his crew were very professional and efficient and their service made up fell completely at ease.

I have another son who will be graduating in two years and we most definately are planning on having Chestnut Event Services back again. See you in 2014!

I have rented from Chestnut Events and Services for many occasions. I have rented tables, chairs, dance floor and numerous inflatables.  I am so please with the quality of the items I have rented. The tables and chairs were in new condition. The dance floor was in perfect condition. The inflatables were amazing. I have rented from other companies in the past and Chestnut Events and Services far exceeds any of them. I love the fact that they deliver and set up! What a savings of time and money!  They not only offer the newest rental equipment I have seen they are also extremely flexible and willing to meet the needs of their customers. I appreciate that so much when renting for large parties. Knowing I can count on them to provide exactly what I need when I need it relieves a lot of stress when planning for the large events we have  at our home.  The inflatables provide hours of entertainment for the kids while the adults enjoy conversation. It is great. I am so glad I have found this company!!
